Warner Bros. Games announced “Mortal Kombat 1: Khaos Reigns,” an expansion releasing on September 24, 2024, for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC (Steam and Epic Games Store) priced at $49.99 (SRP). The Nintendo Switch will be $39.99 (SRP)

The expansion continues the story with new characters Noob Saibot, Cyrax, and Sektor. It also introduces guest fighters Ghostface, T-1000 Terminator, and Conan the Barbarian. Additionally, the update brings back the popular Animality finishing moves as a free content update. Pre-orders are available now.

Along with this expansion, Mortal Kombat 1 owners will be able to pre-order the “Mortal Kombat 1: Khaos Reigns Bundle” for $59.99 on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC, or $49.99 on Nintendo Switch. The bundle includes the previous Kombat Pack with characters like Jean-Claude Van Damme as Johnny Cage, six DLC characters, and five DLC Kameo Fighters. Pre-orders also receive four new character skins. The Kombat Pack is available in the Mortal Kombat 1 Premium Edition or separately.
